Hands-on practice for
real support scenarios
Ticket queues, hardware faults, difficult users — this program puts you inside those situations before your first shift does.
Across 4 modules and 6 weeks, you work through 14 case studies drawn from actual support environments.

What you actually do
The program structure, explained plainly
Each module opens with a short briefing — roughly 20 minutes — followed by a structured exercise you complete at your own pace.
Feedback arrives within 48 hours from a reviewer who has worked in IT support, not from automated scoring alone.
Started in 2024, Erilunda Xomutos built this program specifically around the gap between what entry-level job postings ask for and what most training courses actually cover.
Foundations of Support
Tickets flow from intake to resolution. You learn how priority tiers work in Zendesk and Freshdesk environments and what an SLA violation actually looks like in practice.
Diagnostic Techniques
Structured troubleshooting using decision trees. You work through 14 hardware and software fault scenarios — each one modeled on a real incident type.
Remote Assistance
Screen-sharing and remote desktop exercises. You guide a simulated user through a fix without touching their machine — communication matters as much as technique.
Documentation and Handoff
Write incident reports and escalation notes that the next technician can act on immediately. Poorly written handoffs are one of the most common real-world friction points.
Questions people ask before signing up
If something isn't covered below, email the team directly.
help@erilundaxomutos.comWho is this workshop designed for?
People moving into their first IT support role, career changers with no formal tech background, and junior technicians who want structured practice rather than just theory. No prior certification is required.
How long does the program take to complete?
Most participants finish the 4 modules across 6 weeks when spending roughly 4 hours per week. The materials stay accessible so you can move faster or slower based on your schedule — there is no expiry on access.
What tools will I actually work with?
Exercises run inside simulated environments modeled on Zendesk, Freshdesk, and TeamViewer. No paid subscriptions are required from participants — everything is provided through the platform.
Is there any live interaction or is it self-paced only?
Each module includes at least 1 live group session where participants work through a shared case together. Recordings are available within 24 hours for those in different time zones.
What happens after I finish all 4 modules?
You receive a completion record from Erilunda Xomutos and keep access to all materials. There is no automatic job placement — the program gives you practice and documentation of that practice, not a guarantee of employment.
