Technical Support Workshops

Where support becomes a skill you can actually use

Erilunda Xomutos runs practice-first workshops that put you inside real support scenarios — not slides about them.

6 Workshop tracks
4–8 Weeks per track
120+ Live exercises

Six tracks, each built around a specific gap

Each workshop targets one defined area of technical support — from first-contact triage to escalation handling and tooling configuration.

Sessions run across 4 to 8 weeks depending on the track. You join a cohort of 12 to 18 participants and work through the same case files together.

Hands-on setup of helpdesk platforms — Freshdesk, Zendesk, and custom stacks.
Escalation Paths
Knowing when to hold a ticket and when to pass it — with documentation that holds up.
Client Communication
Writing responses that reduce follow-up volume by being clear the first time.
Metrics and Reporting
Reading CSAT, first-response time, and resolution rate data without guessing what to fix.

After eight weeks, what actually changes

Finishing a track does not mean you have memorised a framework. It means you have processed 40 to 60 real-format cases and made decisions that were reviewed by someone who does this work daily.

The difference shows up in specific situations — a call where you do not freeze, a ticket queue that does not pile up, a handoff that does not come back.

  1. 1
You can handle first-contact resolution without a script Because you have practised 18 different opening scenarios across the triage track.
  2. 2
Your written responses are shorter and get fewer replies Participants typically cut follow-up rates by rewriting their standard templates during week 3.
  3. 3
You know what to do when a ticket does not fit any category Edge cases are not extras — they make up roughly 1 in 5 cases in every track.

What you leave with is a portfolio of decisions — not a certificate alone

Each completed track includes a case log with your documented reasoning on 40+ exercises. You can show that to anyone who asks how you handle support work.

People who were exactly where you are

Portrait of Darya Kovalchuk, workshop participant from Kyiv
Darya Kovalchuk
Joined the Ticket Triage track, Kyiv

"I had been answering support emails for 2 years and still felt like I was guessing. Week 2 of the triage track was the first time I understood why some tickets kept coming back."

Darya came in with no formal training. She completed the 6-week track while working part-time and said the async format made it possible to keep up without falling behind.

Bohdan Sereda
Joined the Escalation Paths track, Lviv

"I kept escalating too early and my manager kept sending things back. The escalation track made me realise I did not have a decision framework — I had a habit."

Bohdan joined 3 months into a new role. He said the peer review sessions in weeks 4 and 5 were harder than the exercises themselves — and more useful.

Nataliya Hrytsenko
Completed 3 tracks over 14 months, Cherkasy

"The first track was difficult. I almost dropped out in week 3 because the case volume felt unmanageable. The facilitator ran a 1-on-1 check-in that week and helped me see I was overcomplicating my responses."

Nataliya returned for the Client Communication and Metrics tracks after finishing Triage. She said the second track felt different because she already trusted the format.
